We recognize that we are unable to change a sinful personality through education, volition or therapy alone. We must recognize that we are first and foremost spiritual beings and are empowered by the Holy Spirit given to us through grace and faith when we accept that Jesus is the answer to our fragmented world.
The term Kawannah is a Hebrew term meaning “attention of the heart” or an intense focus on our spirit. In all of our efforts to assist others in their walk with Christ or assist in their psychological growth we begin with their primary connection to the Holy Spirit. When we counsel we don’t only use wise psychological advice, but we start with a person’s connection to Christ and add in sound Psychological advice.
We use the same dynamic in our seminars to not only give information but to begin with where someone is walking with the Lord and interact with them on an experiential, to walk alongside each person to assist them on their journey to maturity. We work with churches throughout Ghana in conferences, workshops, trainings, and counseling to assist pastors and individuals to grow both spiritually and personally in their relationships.
